1.What's the measurements of your blinds?
We can do customized blinds, pls tell us the measurements you need, we will send you a quote.
2.How do I get the exact measurements I need?
If you are going to inside mounting, it's recommended that you subtract 0.5 cm from the width, if you are outside mounting,it's recommended that you add 5 cm to the width and 7 cm to the height to get the required measurements.
3.Motorized blinds, what motor do yo have and how long can the battery last?
We have lithium battery and wired motor, wired motor need to plug-in all time, lithium battery rechargeable model,usually charge the battery for 6 hours, can use coupls of months, but still depends on how often you use it. Which can be controlled by remote and APP, and then our remote have 2/6/15 channel.
4.What kind of logistics do you ship and how long does it take to ship?
We use international logistics such as FedEx,DHL,UPS and many more suitable logistics methods. Generally 1-3 days can be sent, because we are an integrated enterprise of industry and trade, have our own factory!
5.What if your quality sucks?
